Editorial policy: who, how, and why.

Authorship

Organization-level guides are attributed to the WATCHWORLDCUP Editorial Team. A person's name is used only when that person contributed and approved the published work.

Source hierarchy

Official tournament organizers, rights holders, platform support pages, device manufacturers, standards bodies, and reproducible first-party tests take priority. Other publishers can provide context but do not replace a primary source.

Automation, AI, and generated imagery

Automated tools may assist with structure, code, consistency, or research organization. They are not treated as a factual source. Material claims must be checked against a source or clearly labeled as a planning recommendation.

Decorative backgrounds and social-sharing cards may use generated imagery. These visuals are illustrative: they do not claim to depict an actual match, venue, person, trophy, broadcaster interface, or licensed mark, and they must not imply official endorsement.

Commercial claim policy

The public service pages are limited to the owner-provided IPTV/M3U purpose, three plan prices and WhatsApp ordering. Catalog totals, specific titles, channel lists, quality, uptime, device support, payments, refunds and rights claims are published only when supported by current operational evidence. Commercial placement must remain separate from editorial conclusions and Dataset records.

Testing

A page may claim “tested” only when it shows the device model, OS/app version, network, region, date, repetitions, metrics, and limitations. Marketing access does not buy a favorable result.

Date integrity

The updated date changes only after a meaningful revision to the main content, structured data, or important links. Copyright changes and automated rebuilds do not qualify.

Corrections

Material factual corrections update the visible date and correction record. Grammar changes do not. Readers can report an issue through the corrections page.
